We are pleased to announce that Regal Partners (ASX:RPL or "Regal") has acquired a 50% interest in Ark Capital Partners, a specialist hotel investment and advisory platform focused on high-quality accommodation assets across Australia and New Zealand.
In conjunction with this partnership, entities controlled by Regal have also agreed to acquire the Mayfair Hotel in Adelaide for A$75 million. This five-star property will serve as the seed asset for the newly established Regal Partners Australian Hotel Opportunities strategy, which will focus on value-add equity investments in the hotel sector.
This strategic expansion further enhances our real estate capabilities and reflects Regal’s continued commitment to delivering differentiated, high-conviction investment opportunities across the alternative asset landscape.
