Ilana is Group Chief Financial Officer at Regal Partners. Ilana joined Regal in October 2025 as Head of Strategy and brings over 20 years’ experience across capital markets and senior executive roles in the retail industry. Prior to joining Regal, Ilana served as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at Endeavour Group. Earlier in her career, she held a range of senior roles at Woolworths Group and worked as an investment banker in Australia and internationally.

Hai Nguyen is Chief Technology Officer at Regal Partners. He joined the firm in 2025 and has more than 19 years’ experience in financial services technology and risk management. Prior to Regal, Hai spent 16 years at Macquarie Asset Management Technology, where he held senior leadership roles including Global Head of Operations Technology. In that role, he led globally distributed teams and oversaw major technology transformation programs that enabled the business to scale organically and through acquisition. Hai holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney.

Charlie is Investment Director of ASX listed Regal Partners Group (RPL), Australia’s leading alternative asset manager with AUM of over $18b. He started his career as a SPI trader on the floor of the Sydney Futures Exchange, before moving into institutional stockbroking with County Natwest, Salomon Smith Barney, and Citigroup. He was a partner of Southern Cross Equities which was bought by Bell Potter. Charlie is best known from his stockbroking days for his daily newsletters, “Under the Southern Cross” and “Ringing the Bell”, and his early support for Fortescue Metals Group. From stockbroking he founded Aitken Investment Management (AIM) which was a global long/short equity manager. Charlie has worked on both the sell and buy side over the last 30 years, and brings a unique view on how equity markets have evolved over his career.

Maya is the HR Director of Regal Partners. Initially joining in 2024, Maya is responsible for designing and delivering our people and culture strategy to support our commercial objectives. Prior to Regal, Maya was the Head of Human Resources, APAC of BTIG, and the People & Culture Director, APAC with Macquarie’s Commodities and Global Markets Group. Maya has global experience, having worked in Sydney, New York, Hong Kong and London. She is a registered psychologist and holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and a Masters in Behavioural Science from the University of Sydney.

Rob is the Chief Commercial Officer for Regal Partners. Initially joining Regal Funds Management in 2019 as Head of Wholesale and Family Office Distribution, Rob has over 16 years’ experience in financial markets, beginning his career in institutional equity sales at Citigroup Global Markets and later at Southern Cross Equities. Prior to Regal, Rob was Investment Director and Head of Sales at Ophir Asset Management, where he led all capital raising and marketing initiatives. Rob holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney, majoring in Finance.

Kathleen is the General Counsel and Company Secretary at Regal Partners. Initially joining Regal Funds Management in 2018, Kathleen has over 12 years’ legal experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Regal, Kathleen practised law in Sydney and London at top tier law firm Ashurst. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Business majoring in Finance from the University of Technology Sydney.

James is the Chief Risk Officer & Head of Portfolio Financing of Regal Partners. Initially joining Regal Funds Management in 2022, James has just shy of 20 years’ experience in financial markets, specialising in trading, financing and portfolio risk. Previously James worked as a Director for Credit Suisse for over a decade where he was head of CS’s Australian Prime Services and APAC Delta One business. His prior roles have been Head of Asian Trading & Risk for City Index, as well as proprietary trading for TransMarket Group. James holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting, Finance and Economics from The University of Sydney.

Mr Yates has over 40 years’ experience across financial services, business and governance. He is currently Chairman of life insurer AIA Australia, a Director of Mutual Trust and the Australian Japan Business Co-operation Committee, Chairman of the Australian Science Media Centre and the Shared Value Project, and a member of the Advisory Board of the Australian American Leadership Dialogue. He was previously Deputy Chairman of The Myer Family Investments and past directorships include Linfox Australia, Asialink, Crown Ltd, Foxtel Ltd, The Nine Network and the Centre for Independent Studies. Mr Yates also served as CEO of Oceania Capital Partners and Publishing and Broadcasting Limited, following 15 years of investment banking experience with Macquarie Bank and an earlier role with Booz, Allen and Hamilton in Tokyo.

Mr O’Connor has over 30 years’ experience in financial markets and asset management and is currently Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of RPL. In addition, he is a director of a number of the Company's subsidiaries and associates. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of Challenger’s Asset Management business and then the company’s Funds Management business. He has also served as a director on the boards of several listed investment trusts and a number of Fidante Partners’ boutique asset managers.

Ms Gardner has more than 30 years’ experience in corporate finance. Up until 31 December 2025, she was a Managing Director of Grant Samuel, where she was responsible for the preparation of valuations and independent expert reports for primarily top 200 ASX-listed companies. She also advised on mergers, acquisitions and asset sales, focusing on the financial services, property, health and media industries. Ms Gardner has also previously served as a non-executive director and honorary treasurer of the charitable organisation The Marmalade Foundation Limited.

Ms Dulhunty was previously a partner in the corporate transactions team at Ashurst and has over 35 years’ experience advising in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate and securities law. She was formerly on the board of Ashurst and a Governor of Winnifred West Schools Limited and served as a member of the Australian Takeovers Panel for nine years (during which she served as Acting President) and sat on the AICD Law Committee for 13 years. She is currently a Deputy Chair of the Corporations Committee of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, sits on the board of Parklife Metro and serves on the Risk Committee of The Girls & Boys Brigade.

Mr Gibson has more than 30 years’ experience in financial markets in Australia and Asia, spending the last 20 years acting as director, investment advisor and consultant for a range of financial groups and organisations. Currently, he is a Director of a number of the Company's subsidiaries and associates, an advisor to RPG Management (including a range of charitable foundations) and a director and Investment Committee member for Keyview Financial Group.
